Decided if I'm going to get my fitness up in time for the new season I need to go more often than the 2/3 times a week, so another session today!
7m30s on the treadmill at 10Km/h
12m on the cross trainer at level 13/25
12m on the bike starting on level 6/25 but moving up to 7/25 before heart reached exercise threshold at 8m39s so I dropped back to 6/25 and finished without any other mishap
38 standing rows, 38 bicep curls
75 advanced sit-ups but holding them at the highest point for a count of 2
20 back curls, 10 straight up and 10 holding for a count of 5 at the highest point.
Feeling very tired and my legs were like lead after the bike, but I've promised that I'll go to the gym with my wife tomorrow again. After that I'll decide whether I throw in a session on Thursday knowing I'll be back in again on Friday!
