I turned out for day two and three of my tournament and acquired a little more colour on my baldy little head.
I saw some exciting football and some terrible football as well. Unfortunately I had to dismiss two players, both committed similar offences and I had no doubt about my decisions.
I am relieved that the tournament is over as I have been falling asleep in the chair while watching television on each of the last three evenings. My muscles are, however, in fantastic condition compared to how they usually feel after this same tournament. I have a sore achilles, a sore knee and a general stiffness (steady!!!) in all my muscles from the waist down.
I'll post the calories burned, heart rate max/average tomorrow (Monday).
