Another new friend for training as Jamie joined us for my little variation on the session demonstrated by Ray Olivier when I was on my course last month.
This session also marked the return of Zico after a long break caused by injury. So it was probably best that this was supposed to be a light session. I split one half of the field into 4 sections and each section had an exercise geared towards a little bit of speed and agility.
Jamie partnered Zico and I worked with Paulie who kindly brought some cones to mark out the sections and exercises. I had some improvised cones to hand if needed but I'll keep my 50 paper plates for another day! It was a decent session working off 987 calories, max hr 96%, average 75%. Time to prepare for tomorrow's game (and I've had to put the heating on as it's so chilly)
