I went to the gym on Thursday and managed a whole 5 minutes of walking/jogging on the treadmill without any immediate effect.
When I woke yesterday I had some stiffness in my hamstring but after a few stretches this eased off. When I woke this morning the hamstring was sore to touch but not stiff, so I'm guessing the activity and stretching have disturbed some of the bruising. There's no sharp pain on stretching and I can manage all of the exercises recommended by the physio so it can't be all bad. I'm heading to the gym tomorrow night when I'll try some running and possibly push myself up to fitness test speed.
Back to my preparations for this afternoon's assessment!
