On Call

Since coming back from my Licenced Tutor course a couple of weeks ago, I've been in demand.

I was already set up to deliver one indoor and two outdoor sessions on the County FA's next Basic Course for New Referees and then during a chance meeting last week I was asked to help on the Supply League Assistant's evening.

When we were wrapping that up last night over a glass of orange squash, I was asked to become involved in the County FA's FAMOA event next Monday. I've been asked to deliver the presentation on the Respect programme. I have an up to date version however I've been asked to re-work the presentation I delivered to the Basic Course in February.

I've trimmed a few lines off the PowerPoint slides and dropped in some interactive stuff. The Lesson Plans are written for the indoor and first outdoor session. On the second outdoor session, it is absolutely huge so it's a case of keeping the candidates moving and interested - no mean feat and it will certainly be a challenge.
