Weighty Issue

I was stuck on 110Kg for around 2 weeks and didn't understand why my weight wasn't reducing despite training three times each week.

Having run myself into the ground at the weekend I woke on Monday with a very sore knee. It seems that having run around for the best part of 6 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday disagreed with my right knee. So when I went to the gym on Monday I only worked on weights. Tonight I did some running and a hard session on the cross trainer before moving to an extended weights session.

I got weighed half way through the weight training and found my new weight was 107Kg - I am very pleased. That means I have lost a minimum of 5Kg in 6 1/2 weeks of training. If I remember correctly my body did this before when I trained, it tried to hold the weight steady before crashing in small amounts. I'll be happy just to get down to a nice trim 90Kg and there's still plenty of body fat to shift!
