Was slightly bored this evening after a very poor trip to the gym. I
got on the treadmill and ran for 4 minutes at 11km/h before giving up,
doing some stretches and running again for another 4 minutes at the
same pace. I then tried a speed test running at 14km/h and lasted 2
minutes. Next it was cross-trainer time and I did 10 minutes at a high
level me intensity. I forgot to start my heart monitor, totally fed up
I did 2 minutes cycling, 10 minutes weight training and dragged my
sorry self home. Least boring bit ... this was posted from my mobile
phone while watching tv!
