Training II

Seems only like last year that I was posting almost every day about my training.

After last week's injury I rested up for a week but tonight it was back to the gym instead of the torturous sessions organised by Chuckle Elder. Tonight I warmed up on the bike for 5 minutes, ran on the treadmill for 12 minutes, rested for 4 minites, ran again on the treadmill for 12 minutes (had to slow to a walk for 30 seconds on two occasions), rested for four minutes, went on the cross trainer for 12 minutes before doing 5 minutes of leg stretches, finished off with 5 minutes of sit-ups.

I seem to have gotten over my mental block about being about to run for 12 minutes!!!
