Paying off!

Proper weekend off this week with a trip to the in-laws and meeting with Specky's oldest friend with a beer session planned. Like me and my old mates when we meet up, even after a 3-4 year break, we can pick up on conversations in a heartbeat. On arriving at the in-laws it was immediately remarked how trim I looked, like the post title says, the training is paying off!
