There's a lot of comment about an incident in the professional game over the weekend and it would be remiss of me not to comment on it.
My comment is that mistakes happen, people get upset and people learn a lot from their own mistakes and those of others. I know the Assistant involved from when he trained me as a referee many moons ago. He also put in an appearance at a training session with us back in the summer. I also know his son who is following in his dad's footsteps and may, with some good assessments, have the chance of promotion to the next level during this season.
