Not so much a training session as a fitness test.
Having tweaked something around my right knee last Wednesday afternoon I tried a little jogging this morning and some slightly faster running as well. I managed both the Fat Lad's help (and his wife's knee bandage - thanks Lynne) but I couldn't/daren't try any thing above 50% of max. So I have to give up my pre-season game when I was supposed to be Assistant for Jamie. fat Lad has taken the game on instead and I'll go watch.
It gives me a few days rest before the 3 day International Youth Tournament which starts on Friday. Calories 497 average 66%, max 96%.
