Training 2.23

After the exertions of the weekend I was pleasantly surprised to find that I didn't have too many aches and pains, but I thought a recover session was in order tonight for training.

A quickish warm up lap of the local field were followed by 16 minutes jogging at 70-80% max hr. Mrs Fat Lad was jogging around too but we never seemed to catch her up. We walked a lap (around 680m) and then joged for another 16 minutes. An easy session burning 862 calories, max hr 89%, average 73%.
