E-mails sent advising that I'm not available for any further fixtures, backwords given for existing fixtures, not feeling very happy but I know my legs won't take the work needed to get back to full fitness and rather than be unreliable, I'll bow out now.
I'm still hoping to be of some use and start the next stage of my development on Saturday. I've just got to watch my weight as the temptation to eat whatever I want is very strong. Having worked so hard to get down to 15st (96kg) I don't want to pile it all on again and have to train really hard (once my injury recovers) to stop looking like a bloater.
Also the blog is taking a rest for a while until I have something more interesting to post than ... nothing ;-)
