New regime

I've tried a whole range of methods to get my fitness moving in the right direction. There's no doubt I'm fitter than I was, evidenced by my breezing through games with much less dissent BUT I'm nowhere near the dreaded fitness test requirements. I'm becoming more concerned that I'm getting obsessed by the test. It's dominating just about every waking and to be honest, sleeping moment. I'm constantly questioning what I eat, drink and how often I train. I've decided that I'm going to have to go to the gym each lunchtime and run on a treadmill. Just 15 minutes each day should do it, I have just lost belief as I keep getting injured. Nothing major, just little twinges, enough to discourage me from training regularly. Just got to learn to keep the faith ....
