Training 2.19

A relatively quick session for Fat Lad and I.

Run to edge of near penalty area, back to the goal line, run to half way line and back to goal line, run to edge of far penalty area, back to the goal line, run to the far goal line and back to the original start point.

We completed the first one in 2m25s, had the same period of recovery and ran the second in 2m30s, same period of recovery and then a third one in 2m40s. We treated ourselves to a 5 minute rest, then started again. First time 2m30s, second 2m40s and the final one was 2m40s.

938 calories burned, max hr 98%, average 78%. I'm now heading to bed (at 10.30 on a Friday) as I'm shattered and have my first line on my new Supply League league.
